What is the Beauty Pro Collective?
The Collective is a private learning and support community designed for stylists who want to improve their technique, build confidence, and grow their results behind the chair.
Inside the Collective, members have access to:
• Interactive training videos that break down real techniques step-by-step
• A private discussion space to ask questions and learn from others
• A member directory to connect with other stylists
• Weekly live sessions with Tanya focused on real challenges and trending topics
• Ongoing guidance to help you improve results and retain clients
This is more than just content — it’s a space to learn, apply, and grow with support.
What to Do
Please complete the following steps:
Log in to your account using your existing credentials
- Go to “My Dashboard”
Watch at least one interactive training video at the very bottom
Complete at least one core training course
Upload your certificate of completion (if applicable)
Post a question or comment in the Collective Conversation discussion area
Request a connection in the member directory to Tanya Mason
