While retaining clients is important for growth, maintaining a healthy professional balance with clients is key. How can this be done in a healthy manner so the clients doesn’t feel slighted or like we don’t care about them while we are handling life.

Thank you for asking a question in our Collective Conversations. The most effective way to manage a healthy and professional balance with clients is to utilize your booking site to it's full functionality. Often times, we choose to handle all client bookings and questions as they come but as we all also know, it can come at a time when we are handling our personal lifestyles which is mentally frustrating. The alternative solution that my mentor recommended was obtaining a professional booking link where you can clearly state all services, time duration, pricing, styles, policies, procedures and rituals. The booking link speaks for you so no client ever feels slighted.
Our goal as Beauty Pros is to work smarter, not harder.
