Beauty school definitely trained me to do a consultation at the beginning of each service. However, I was never provided with a Blue Print that helps me with real clients, with real hair and who live real lifestyles.

This caused a lot of confusion, for both the client and myself. Sometimes, an unorganized consultation was the reason unit is caused the client to chair hop.

Here's what you should know that every consultation provides you with:
1. Clarity on why the client booked with you.
2. educate the client on your service, tools and products.
3. The opportunity to add services.
